AI installation for SMEs · France

The AI that runs in large corporations, installed in your SME.

Diagnostic, training for your teams, automation and custom tools. Delivered in five-day sprints, at a fixed price, by an engineer who puts AI systems into production. No slides gathering dust in a drawer: systems that work.

01 · The reality Why now
Your competitors attend webinars about AI. Yours could already be running.

An SME does not buy artificial intelligence. It buys back hours: quotes sent out the same day, a reception desk that answers after 7 pm, follow-ups that never get forgotten, reporting that builds itself.

The problem is not access to technology. It is that no one comes to install it: connecting the tools to your real files, training your teams on their own work, and staying until it runs.

That is the work Cinq does. The same work I do for large corporations, brought down to the format and budget of an SME.

0 paying users of a product I co-founded and built

Every engagement starts with the Diagnostic. It sets the scope of the sprints and ensures we automate what pays off, not what impresses.

03 · The method The five-day sprint

Five days. Hence the name.

D0

Scoping. Scope signed off, access granted, points of contact identified.

D1-D2

Immersion. Your processes observed role by role, with the people who run them.

You validateD3

Findings. Initial gains identified and costed. You realign if needed.

D4

Roadmap. Priorities, costs, expected returns, technical prerequisites.

You decideD5

Decision. You leave with an executable plan. With me, or without me.

Every offer follows the same discipline: a closed scope, a price known in advance, an end date. No billing by time spent, no engagement that drags on, no engineered dependency.

05 · Who An engineer, not an agency
Baptiste Bouault Baptiste Bouault

I build systems. I do not sell reports.

Baptiste Bouault, 22 years old. ESSEC (Data & AI) and UC Berkeley. Chief Technology Officer of an AI company, after six months of consulting for major French corporations and a co-founded product built up to 2,500 paying users.

I have spent the past few years putting AI systems into production, not talking about them. Cinq is the workshop through which this expertise becomes accessible to SMEs: same standards, short format, fixed price.

You work with me from the first call through to go-live. No salesperson, no outsourced junior, no platform.

Based between Cannes and Paris. Available across France, on-site or remote.

Why "Cinq"?

Because everything starts with a five-day sprint. That is the length of the Diagnostic, the base unit of every engagement, and the promise: a start, an end, a deliverable. No engagement that settles in.

Why a fixed price instead of time-based billing?

Because the risk should sit on my side, not yours. A fixed price forces me to scope things seriously before starting, and lets you decide with a final figure, not an estimate that keeps growing.

We have no technical skills in-house. Is that a blocker?

No, that is the case for most of my clients. Systems are delivered with training for your teams and documentation in French. The goal is your autonomy, not your dependency.

What tools do you use?

Whichever fit your case and your budget: commercial language models, workflow automation, custom tools when justified. I have no commercial agreement with any vendor, so the recommendation is never biased.

What about the confidentiality of our data?

Every engagement starts with a non-disclosure agreement. Data stays with you or on GDPR-compliant services, and the diagnostic spells out in writing what moves where.

Where do we start?

A free thirty-minute call, to check whether a diagnostic makes sense for you. If it does not, I will tell you, and you will still leave with two or three actionable leads.
